Privacy Policy
The short version
Your business data is private. It is used only to run BizMuse for you. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models. You can delete everything, any time, from inside the app — and it's gone.
What we store
Your email address (for sign-in), the business profile you save (shops, product links, social accounts, goals, brand voice), your chat-driven outputs such as task lists and progress entries you log, your token balance and token-spend counts (including a breakdown by action type) used for metering and the admin dashboard, and your referral code and referral counts. If you joined through someone's invite link, we record which code you used so they get their bonus.
Sign-in codes
Sign-in uses a 6-digit code sent to your email by Brevo, our email provider. Only a salted hash of the code is stored, for 10 minutes, and it is deleted when used or expired. The code itself is never stored.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us your checkout email and plan so we can activate your account.
Fetching links you give us
When you ask for an audit of a link, our server fetches that public page once, extracts the text, and scores it. We don't crawl beyond the page you gave us.
Deleting your data
The "Delete my data" button in the app permanently wipes your account, profile, tasks, and progress logs. You can also email stevetiger1234@gmail.com and we'll delete it for you.
